Guidelines for the Cemetery

The cemetery is closed from dusk to dawn
Monument placement is at the discretion of cemetery staff
All monuments placed at the curb must be flush with the ground, and placed on a cement foundation at the cost of $0.60 per square inch (price increase to $0.75/square inch effective 6/1/2024).
Foundations are poured from May 1 through October 1, weather permitting
Plants and other decorations must be placed next to the monuments.
No trees or shrubs are permitted on individual graves.
Oak Grove Cemetery is not responsible for damage to or the theft of grave decorations or plants, nor the cleaning of monuments and plaques.
All grave blankets and winter decorations are to be removed by April 1 of each year
No burials are to take place, monuments installed, or work performed without the knowledge of cemetery staff
